We bring you homeowners who need a roof, matched to the jobs you actually want. One homeowner goes to one contractor. You pay when you take a lead. Optional 3, 5, or 10 lead packs are available if you want several upfront. They are not required.
You lock in
Before the first lead, you sign a short lead agreement and tell us your criteria: area, insurance vs cash, storm vs retail, how many jobs you can work.
No package required to start. No monthly retainer. Ads usually run under LeJeune Home Services Group. If you want your company name in the ads, say so and we will request that.
We run homeowner ads
We run Meta ads to homeowners who may need a new roof, have a leak, or an aging roof. They fill our Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram.
We handle the creative and the targeting. Ads usually show as LeJeune Home Services Group. Your company name in the ads is optional, only if you want it.
We qualify
We check the lead against your criteria: reachable phone, authority to decide, real roofing need, and the job types you take. If it does not match, you do not pay.
Exclusive. That homeowner goes to you alone, not a list of shops.
Then you pay for that lead, or it counts toward an optional 3 / 5 / 10 lead pack if you bought one. After that, you get the name and phone.
You follow up
Once you have the name and phone, reach out when you are ready. Set the visit. Walk the roof. Send the estimate. From there it is a normal job conversation. no pressure from us.
We stay out of the way. You got a matched homeowner who asked for help. Enjoy the booking and take it from there.

You handle the estimate and the homeowner conversation. I handle the ads, the forms, and the exclusive match.
How you pay
Most contractors buy one matching lead at a time. If you want several locked in, pick a 3, 5, or 10 lead pack. Every lead is pre-qualified to your criteria. You do not need a pack to start.
Most common
When a homeowner matches what you asked for, you pay for that lead before you get the name and phone. No monthly retainer.
Optional
Buy a set of leads pre-qualified to your criteria. You get what you buy. 3, 5, or 10 exclusive jobs matched to what you take. Same short agreement. Same 1:1 handoff.

About me
I am Matt. I have about three years in marketing and advertising, including work that helped ecommerce brands generate close to half a million dollars in revenue, plus hands on brand management.
I moved into contractor lead gen after seeing a real gap: local shops want exclusive jobs matched to what they actually take, not shared lists and monthly retainers. That is what I am building here.
