Contractors

Short lead agreement

You buy exclusive qualified roofing jobs. Default is pay per matching lead when you take it. Optional 3 / 5 / 10 lead packs are available if you want several upfront — each pre-qualified to your criteria. Ads usually run as LeJeune Home Services Group. Using your company name in the ads is optional — if you want that, we request it. You do the roof. This is not a year of marketing.

Takes a couple of minutes on your phone. Matt confirms by email the same day. No leads until this agreement is in. Packs are optional — not required to start.

Lead Purchase Agreement

LeJeune Marketing Group, LLC, operating as LeJeune Home Services Group (“Company”), Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Contact: hello@lejeunehomeservices.com · 225-721-1769. Owner: Matthew LeJeune.

You (“Contractor”) are the business named below. Company sells exclusive qualified homeowner roofing opportunities. Contractor buys those opportunities and does the work. Company is not a roofer, not a general contractor, and not the homeowner’s contractor.

1. Territory and trade

Territory is the ZIP codes / market you list below, as updated in writing. Trade is residential roofing: repair, replacement, and inspection requests. Other trades are outside this agreement unless added in writing.

Company will not send the same qualified lead to another contractor. Company may work other ZIPs and other contractors. Exclusivity is per lead, not a lock on a parish.

2. Qualified lead

A Qualified Lead is a homeowner (or person with authority on the property) who asked to be contacted about a roofing estimate or inspection, is in the Territory, gave a working name and phone, was screened by Company (reachable contact, authority, real roofing need, and the job types and minimum size you stated, to the extent collected), and is delivered to you only.

A form fill that fails that screen is not billed. Company cannot filter by roof pitch, shingle brand, HOA, or credit, and does not promise those filters.

3. Price

Default: you buy one matching Qualified Lead at a time. You pay the per-lead price for that lead before Company releases the homeowner’s name and phone. Optional: you may buy a 3, 5, or 10 lead pack of Qualified Leads pre-qualified to your criteria. You get what you buy. Packs are not required to start. Price per Qualified Lead is the dollar amount you enter below. Company does not deliver a lead without payment for that lead (or remaining leads on an optional pack). Failed payment pauses delivery. Price does not include any tax later required by law.

4. Delivery and follow-up

Company delivers name, phone, email if provided, city/ZIP, ownership, type of need, timing, qualify notes, time sent, and a lead ID, by the method you pick below.

First outbound call or text within 15 minutes of delivery during your normal hours. After hours: first attempt by 8:30 a.m. America/Chicago the next calendar morning. If that does not connect, at least two more attempts over the next two business days. Missing this does not create a refund or replacement. Repeated misses are grounds to pause or end delivery.

5. No guarantee of jobs

Company does not guarantee that a Qualified Lead will answer, book, approve a price, win an insurance claim, or become a job. Close rate, revenue, and workmanship are yours. Payment is for the Qualified Lead as defined, not for the outcome of your conversation.

6. Bad-lead make-good

Request a make-good within 48 hours of delivery, in writing to hello@lejeunehomeservices.com, with lead ID, reason, and what you tried.

Make-good only if the lead is fake (never requested, bogus, bot, competitor), wrong service (not roofing), out of area, or disconnected (phone dead and no other working contact was delivered). Remedy is a refund of that lead’s price, or a replacement Qualified Lead if both agree.

No make-good because they did not close, shopped bids, hired someone else, went quiet, the job was smaller than you hoped, or you did not follow up.

7. Ads and brand

Public ads usually run as LeJeune Home Services Group. Company may advertise for roofing inquiries in your Territory and tell homeowners a local contractor will follow up. Ads will not say you are Company’s employee. Using your company name in ads is optional and only if you ask for it; Company still does not run ads on your Page or from your ad account unless you and Company agree in writing.

You may tell a delivered homeowner the request came through LeJeune Home Services Group. You may not use Company’s name or logo on trucks, websites, proposals, or ads as if you are LeJeune, and may not register lookalike domains or pages.

If you check yes below, Company may use your business name, logo, license number, and service area in ads and follow-up copy. If you check no, leads still go out under the LeJeune Home Services Group brand only. That permission lasts for the term plus 30 days to wind down live ads. It does not transfer your license or insurance to Company.

8. Contact consent

Company collects inquiries through forms and ads that ask to be contacted about a roof estimate or inspection. To Company’s knowledge, each Qualified Lead was collected with the homeowner’s consent to be contacted by Company and by a contractor about that request, including by phone and text at the number they provided. You use lead data only to follow up on that roofing request. No unrelated blast lists. No selling the contact. Honor opt-outs. After delivery, you are responsible for your own calling and texting practices.

9. Term

Starts the day Company emails you that this is accepted. Either side may end it with 14 days’ written notice, or immediately if the other side materially breaches and does not cure within 7 days after written notice. If you bought an optional lead pack, unused remaining leads on that pack are refunded within 15 days at the per-lead price paid, minus leads already delivered. No refund of delivered Qualified Leads that did not qualify for a make-good under section 6. You remain responsible for homeowners already delivered. Company may pause delivery if payment for a lead fails, an optional pack has no remaining leads and you have not paid for the next lead, a make-good dispute is open, follow-up is missed, license lapses, or capacity is full.

10. Status and law

Nothing here makes either party the other’s employee, partner, or joint venturer. You carry your own licenses, insurance, and job liability. Company does not supervise the roof.

To the extent Louisiana law allows, Company’s total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid for the disputed lead(s) (including leads delivered from an optional lead pack) in the 90 days before the claim. Neither party is liable to the other for lost profits or consequential damages. This cap does not limit your responsibility to homeowners for your work, or liability the law does not let you limit.

Louisiana law governs. Venue: state courts in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. This is the whole agreement about lead purchase. Changes must be in writing (email counts if both sides confirm).
