Process

From agreement to a name you can call.

Six short steps. You remain responsible for the estimate, the work, and the relationship with the homeowner.

  1. You tell us what you take

You tell us where you work, what kind of roof jobs you want, insurance or cash, storm or regular, and how many you can take. We go find those. This website is not the agreement.

  2. We advertise to local homeowners

Paid ads — Meta, to start — invite homeowners in the market to request an estimate or inspection. Creative and targeting are ours. The homeowner is not buying from us; they are asking for a contractor.

  3. The homeowner opts in

They submit contact information and a few project questions (ownership, type of need, timing, location). Submitting a form is a request, not a booked appointment and not a quote.

  4. We check it against what you asked for

We check the homeowner against what you told us. They also have to be reachable, own the house or be able to approve the work, and actually need a roof. If it does not match, you do not pay.

  5. You receive the exclusive opportunity

If it qualifies, it is sent to you alone — name, phone, email, location, and the answers they gave. Speed of your follow-up is still what the homeowner notices.

  6. You take it from there

Call, inspect, estimate, decline, or close. We do not sit in on the job. You pay for the lead we sent, not for whether they buy.
