No monthly fee, and no ad-spend report. We do not promise every conversation turns into a job. Before the first lead goes out, you sign a short lead agreement. That is not a year of marketing.
Who we are
A lead company, not your ads department.
We run paid advertising — Meta, to start — aimed at homeowners who may need roof work, including recently damaged markets. When someone opts in, we qualify that inquiry and pass it to a contractor approved for that area.
Homeowners are the audience for the ads. Contractors are our customers. Those two roles stay separate on purpose.
Who we serve
Licensed local contractors who want inbound work they can follow up on.
Every contractor wants different jobs. You tell us yours. We go get those, not a pile of random homeowners.
If you already know how to estimate and close, but do not want to build and staff an ads operation, this is the product. We start with roofing.
We do not take every contractor in a city. Coverage depends on who is approved and prepaid, and where homeowners are responding.

What we do not sell

- We do not sell shared or recycled leads as exclusive.
- We do not guarantee a close rate, revenue figure, or number of jobs per month.
- We do not replace your license, insurance, estimating, or follow-up.
- We do not operate as a data broker. Information is used to connect a homeowner with a contractor.
- We cannot filter by roof pitch, shingle brand, HOA, or credit. We can only use what the homeowner tells us on the form and on the call.

If you do another home service, still tell us. Writing in does not mean we take you. We only add a trade if we can get exclusive jobs that match what you want, the same way we do for roofers. If the ads would not make money, we will not run them.
